Will UniFi work with my existing internet provider?

Yes — Ubiquiti equipment works with any ISP, including Comcast, AT&T, Spectrum, and all others. We replace or supplement your existing equipment with UniFi gear. Your internet service stays the same.

Is there a monthly fee for UniFi software?

No — UniFi Network software is completely free on every UniFi gateway. All features including VLANs, VPN, analytics, and remote management are included at no ongoing cost. Ever.

How many access points do I need?

We assess your property during a free consultation and recommend the right number. Most homes need 1–3 access points strategically placed to eliminate every dead zone. We never oversell APs you don’t need.

Can you set up separate networks for my cameras?

Absolutely — dedicated VLANs for security cameras is something we strongly recommend and configure on every installation. Cameras get their own isolated network for best performance and security.

How long does a network installation take?

Most residential installations take 2–4 hours. Business installs vary by size. We give you an accurate estimate during your free assessment. If we’re doing cameras and networking together, we coordinate everything in one visit.
